Normally after a business planning session we have 7 or 8 ideas and 1 might be workable. After working with Tamasha — for only a half day — we had about 30 recommendations on site and 8 were approved on the spot.
Theatre-based Unconscious Bias workshops were an experiential and impactful event that walked the Mariconians through a journey — from unconscious to conscious. The energetic and insightful team at Tamasha Entertainment executed these very well.
Tamasha was responsible for culminating the induction of a new batch of 450 students. The task was to get them motivated and geared up for the coming sessions. All the students went through the improv and applied theatre session — and arrived energised.
The team had a wonderful time and they loved working together with you. I cannot tell you what a transformative start you gave to our program. They couldn't stop talking about it after you left.
We gave the team a very difficult problem to solve. We wanted to foster respect, increase empathy, resolve conflicts and increase collaboration. What Tamasha delivered was beyond our expectation.
