Before you brief us.

How long does a typical workshop run?

Anywhere from a 4-hour Drama Teaser to a 5-day residential EPIC. Most clients start with a Teaser, then graduate to a Deep Dive.

Do you travel for on-site delivery?

Yes — across India routinely; internationally on request. Residential EPIC runs at partner venues in Lonavala, Manesar, and Wayanad.

What team size do you work with?

Sweet spot is 18–30. We've delivered for cohorts as small as 8 (executive teams) and as large as 450 (MDI induction).

Can you customise to our culture?

Every engagement is customised. We spend a half-day with your sponsor before the workshop to localise scenarios, vocabulary, and outcomes.

How is success measured?

Structured debrief on the day, plus a 90-day pulse on behaviour change. We share both in a one-page outcomes report.
